本期为民谣金属音乐专题。 纵观每一个民族，我们都会发现都有其充满荣光和灰暗的历史。这些历史的本质都是相通的，因为它们都是那么的厚重。在绝大部分的民谣金属乐中，所歌唱的大多是祖先的历史事迹，在演奏上融合了一些本民族的乐器。随着时间的推移，有很多乐队在尝试新的创作方式，例如本期的第11首In kaltem Eisen，甚至融合了电子乐。
